Ronald Reagan

Former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney eulogizes Ronald Reagan.
Fun fact: NATO members agreed to a guideline of spending at least 2% of their GDP on defence in 2006. The last time Canada spent 2% of GDP on defence was when Brian Mulroney was Prime Minister (1984 - 1993).
Relevance: Canada’s refusal to keep its spending commitment to NATO is one of many annoyances for the current, and previous U.S. Administrations. Canada is being held to a standard it professes, but does not practice.
